At NER-TOR, we are taking a key step in our expansion strategy with the addition of Carmen Prieto and Ferran Badal as new Sales Directors. This reinforcement not only consolidates our commercial structure, but also provides a strong boost to the Machinery and Tools areas, while maintaining our focus on our traditional product lines: Spare Parts, Brushes, Lighting and Car Accessories.

In addition, we carried out an intensive training day for our sales team, focused on the technical operation of our machinery. The aim? To enable each team member to communicate the added value of our products more clearly, thereby offering more professional, useful and personalised advice.

This initiative reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement, encourages teamwork and underlines a conviction that is part of our DNA: a well-trained team is key to delivering high-quality customer service.
